Weather It Is (Showers and Thunderstorms)

Showers and thunderstorms should affect the coastal, central mountain areas, and southern areas south to Beer-Sheva late afternoon, evening.  Showers will persist through the night, and perhaps redevelop in the mid-afternoon on Shabbat.

Otherwise, chilly with strong winds and dust.
