Good Afternoon: Today is absolutely beautiful. The sun is shining and temperatures are warm (but not too warm). There is no wind. All the "bad" weather is associated with a deep trough about 1500 km to our west, which is bringing quite cold air to central Europe.
A small piece of "energy" (a small area of low pressure) should swing around this trough on Wednesday, bringing rain showers as it passes by (mostly to northern and central Israel).
After the passage of this system, the weather pattern will slowly shift eastward. There are some indications that it will get a lot colder, but the winter-like trough could also fill in a bit and just bring a bout of light rain about a week from now.
