Weather It Is (New Post for the Center)

Good afternoon: 

The temperatures will be between 0 and 1 C from about 3 P.M to 5 P.M, and then fall below freezing at about 5 P.M and stay this way through Thursday.  In Jerusalem, temperatures will approach or be just below freezing at night.

The latest forecasts show a six to nine hour hour period of snow between 2 P.M and 11 P.M.  The storm will then take a break, but pick up again by morning, pause (for coffee, perhaps) and then return again mid-to late morning.  The coldest air is suppose to arrive about 8.A.M, which will lead to periods of snow on Thursday in the unstable flow from the northwest.
