We have 4 Celsius here in Efrat with gusts to 69 km/h. There is a mix of rain and graupel.
The coldest temperatures at 850 and 700 mb will be in the next couple of hours.
The coldest temperatures at 500 mb will be tonight, but the lower levels will warm a bit.
There is the possibly of a coating of snow in the higher elevations around Jerusalem, including Gush Etzion. When? More likely later today...
Stay away from trees, loose overhangs.
